8th Grade Class Trip
The 8th grade class trip will take place on Thursday, April 30th through Friday, May 1st. Please read, discuss, sign and return ALL forms completely by Friday, November 14, 2025. The health and permission forms will be distributed in social studies class and can be returned to either Mrs. Baitala or Ms. Loll (room 102). Please make a copy of the front and back of your current health insurance card and attach to the Medical Information/Medication Permission forms. Additional information is listed in the links below. Please note that you are required to take the CFAR insurance which is in order to be able to go on the trip.
